BUFFALO, NY – Carol E. Heckman, a partner at Lippes Mathias Wexler Friedman LLP, is the presenter at Erie Institute of Law’s upcoming lecture, “Drafting Dispute Resolution Clauses” on November 7, 2017 at 1 p.m. at the Bar Association of Erie County. The presentation provides an overview of the most important issues that should be considered in drafting a well-constructed dispute resolution clause. In addition, Ms. Heckman will also cover the rapidly evolving legal framework that applies when the clauses come under fire.
