BUFFALO, NY – Ryan V. Stearns, Lippes Mathias partner and co-leader of the firm’s cannabis practice team, provided a legal update on New York State’s cannabis industry to more than 100 accountants during “Seeing Green: Introduction to the NY Cannabis Industry,” a presentation hosted by the Bonadio Group. During his portion of the presentation, Ryan delivered a broad overview of the state of cannabis in New York State, discussing the various types of legal adult-use cannabis licenses available and the progress that the state continues to make toward the full legalization of the sale of adult-use cannabis.
