Mr. Lovelace, is a partner with Lippes Mathias and is the firm’s Asset Receivable Management and Franchising & Licensing Practice Team Leader. Mr. Lovelace routinely directs a variety of complex business and financial legal matters including structuring and reorganizing businesses particularly to comply with various government regulations, business succession, private equity/venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, franchise law, healthcare compliance structuring, intellectual property protection and licensing, and financing transactions. He regularly acts as outside general counsel for clients in connection with a broad range of day-to-day contract and commercial matters, transactions, governance and operational issues.
