
Bio
Ms. Martin, a partner with Lippes Mathias and the firm’s Immigration Practice Team Co-Leader, has over 25 years of experience in immigration law assisting clients from around the world with various matters including work permits, employment-based immigration, port-of-entry issues, visa issuance, family-based immigration, immigrant and nonimmigrant waivers, and assessment of U.S. citizenship.
Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Martin was employed with the former U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service where she performed adjudications in the Buffalo District Office and inspections at the Niagara Falls and Toronto ports of entry. She also served as a visa officer with the Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo. Additionally, Ms. Martin has completed the Immigration Officer Basic Training Course at the Federal Law Enforcement Center.
